Chapter Gathering

This pre-conference event is for leadership team members of current Conscious Capitalism Chapters from around the world to connect, collaborate, co-create, and learn from one another.  Join us to hear best practices for organizing and scaling your Chapter, experience training sessions on new Chapter resources, participate in visioning and strategic planning for growing the Chapter movement, and hear from Richard Barrett, the founder and chairman of the Barrett Values Centre® an author, speaker and internationally recognized thought leader on the evolution of human values in business and society.

Women’s Forum

Conscious Capitalism International’s Global Diversity Initiative (GDI) will host its first Women in Leadership Forum at our Annual Conference.  The Forum is an opportunity for Women Leaders to gather, collaborate and share in an intimate setting. Participants will hear about the Initiative from the GDI leaders, participate in a discussion on the topic of elevating and supporting women in business, asked to collaborate and share best practices for diversity in the workplace and be asked to make a commitment to expand and increase diversity in business.

The Container Store Site Visit

Please join us for an exclusive tour of The Container Store (TCS) headquarters in Dallas, TX! The Container Store is a longtime supporter and corporate member of Conscious Capitalism and co-Founder Kip Tindell is one of the founding board members of Conscious Capitalism.  

Come for a tour of the facility, hear about the company’s Foundation Principles and how they’re built on Conscious Capitalism and enjoy lunch in small groups with Container Store team members.

This tour is ideal for anyone flying into DFW as The Container Store headquarters is just a five minute Uber/Lyft from the airport. Pre-registration is required, but this tour is free of charge. Cafe Momentum Dinner

Join us for a delicious dinner at Cafe Momentum. The ticket includes a three course meal with wine or beer. This is a private, ticketed event open only to Conscious Capitalism Annual Conference attendees and their guests. Café Momentum, a restaurant and culinary training facility, transforms young people’s lives by providing a positive environment in which at-risk youth who have spent time in juvenile facilities receive intensive culinary, job and life-skill training, as well as continued mentorship and support, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Cafe Momentum founder and head chef Chad Houser will be delivering a keynote at the Conscious Capitalism Annual Conference. The restaurant is located only a few blocks from the Fairmont Hotel. What Do You Stand For?

A Stakeholder Workshop with Stagen

Come to the Stagen Leadership Academy for a tour of the facility and a special stakeholder workshop with Stagen faculty for CCAC participants only.  

In this workshop, participants will experience the Stagen model and through inspiring video and real life examples unpack their own stakeholder considerations.  With feedback from the group and Stagen faculty, participants will share their unique stakeholder needs, challenges and insights to land on a resonant model for their own businesses.

Participants will leave this workshop with their own stakeholder map ready to take back home and operationalize with their teams.

Write the Book You Were Born to Write – 4 hour workshop

Location: Fairmont Hotel

This half-day workshop is for leaders who want to write the book they were born to write. Participants will experience the difference between a brain connection and a heart/gut/soul connection with readers. They will be shepherded to uncover the central theme(s) that life has been preparing them to champion and new language to articulate the profoundly deep and personal why behind their work. By the end of our time together, attendees will walk away with a vision for what their manuscript wants to become, an outline for the book they were born to write, and a customized roadmap (content strategy) to build their platform in preparation for their book launch.

Facilitator: Corey Blake, Founder and CEO of Round Table Companies (RTC)

Prior to RTC, Corey starred in one of the 50 greatest Superbowl commercials. His work playing basketball naked earned Belding, Addy, and Cannes awards. Corey helps leaders write the book they were born to write, pioneered business comics with Tony HsiehMarshall Goldsmith, and Robert Cialdini, and created the Vulnerability Wall and the Vulnerability is SexyTM card game.
